KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace yesterday Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Mohammad Hussein along with Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah and the Iraqi accompanying delegation. Hussein delivered a letter to His Highness the Amir from Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, which discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them in different fields, in addition to the latest regional and international developments.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah also received the Iraqi Foreign Minister, and the two sides delved into bilateral relations and ways to boost them in various fields, including discussion on the latest developments in the region and international arena. In addition to Sheikh Dr Ahmad, the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Khaled Al-Jarallah, the Crown Prince Office Director Lieutenant General Jamal Mohammad Al-Thyab, Crown Prince Undersecretary Mazen Issa Al-Issa, and Foreign Minister Assistant for Arab world Affairs Ambassador Fahad Ahmad Al-Awadhi.

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah later received the visiting Iraqi minister at Bayan Palace. In the meantime, Kuwait's Foreign Minister held a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart, during which they tackled bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in many fields, in addition to discussion on various issues in the region and international arena.
