KUWAIT: Scenes from agricultural beautification projects previously carried out in Kuwait. —KUNA

KUWAIT: The Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) said that yesterday marked its new agricultural beautification phase of roads across Kuwait. The project will focus on suburban roads and highways with a budget worth over KD 2 million for each area, PAAAFR official Faisal Al-Sadiqi said.

Sadiqi mentioned that past mistakes will not be repeated - whereby tenders were granted to less-expensive firms with lower capabilities. These negative circumstances will not be repeated, and the tender process will ensure better-equipped companies that have had past dealings with the authority, he added. - KUNA
