KUWAIT: Foreign leaders and envoys began arriving in Kuwait on Sunday to pay their final respects to late Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. HH the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at the Amiri Airport Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Jordanian King Abdullah II, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Al-Sudani, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Tunisian President Kais Saied, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati.
HH the Amir Sheikh Mishal also received UAE President’s representative Member of the UAE Higher Council and Fujairah Ruler Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammad Al-Sharqi, Iranian President’s representative FM Hussein Amir-Abdollahian, European Union Special Representative in the Gulf Luigi Di Maio and representative of the government of India Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri among other officials. — KUNA
